The international Gatka Federation (IGF) is an organisation whose purpose is the advancement of Gatka. The program organisation was founded in 1982 and formalized in 1987. It is dedicated to research, teacher training and the promotion of Gatka, including classes, workshops & camps and sword raising ceremonies
